Shipka Hotel has parking spaces on site as well as an indoor parking lot. The parking at the whole resort is available at extra fee per day

Pets weighing up to 5 kg are allowed to stay for a daily fee.

 What are the times for checking in and out of the hotel?

The standard time for checking in Shipka Hotel is 2 pm and the hotel room should be vacated by 12 o’clock noon time.

Shipka Hotel guests can pay in cash or with credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Master card, Maestro, VPay).

Are there rooms for smokers?

Smoking is forbidden in Shipka Hotel rooms. However, all rooms have balconies on which you can smoke.
